摘要
基于LabWindows/CVI的虚拟仪器软件平台开发的X荧光分析软件,能实现数据处理、谱数据光滑、自动寻峰、能量刻度、峰面积计算、元素识别、能对X荧光光谱进行定性和定量分析,分析的结果以表格和数据的形式输出。能实现基本的谱分析功能。
