摘要
本文首先介绍了工业工程理论,然后分析了电子产品生产管理过程中存在的问题,最后,提出应用工业工程理论解决生产过程中的实际问题,比如减少无价值作业流程、降低人为错误造成产品缺陷。通过对比改善前后的效率,发现通过实际应用,工业工程在生产过程管理者取得了明显改善效果。
ABSTRACT：The article describes IE orginal and leads to huge performance and improves productivity.Then,for current problem during production,through IE method improving productivity and reducing manpower cost and improving machine OEE ＆amp; material quality,canceling non value added process.At last,we get obvious performance,this is the predicted target of the paper.
