On the Current Situation Self- directed Development of University Students＇ and Its Countermeasures

为研究探索提升学生自主发展的途径，提出高校应倡导培养可持续发展、全面发展的人才培养理念，构建健全的大学生发展指导体系，遵循学生成长成才的客观规律，构筑科学合理的教育平台，从而使学生具备与成长阶段相适应的经验，提高发现和解决问题能力，学会调适，寻求更好的发展。

In order to explore ways to promote students＇ self- directed development, It is proposed that the concept in talent training of sustainable and comprehensive development should be advocated, the sound developing guidance system should be built and the scientific and reasonable education platform shoulld be constructed follow- ing the objective laws of students＇ growth and development so as to enrich students＇ experience, improve their abili- ty to find and solve problems, learn to adjust and to seek better development as well.
