循证护理与个体化护理对肝胆外科患者术后并发症和生活质量的影响

Effect of evidence-based nursing and individualized nursing on complications and life quality life of patients with liver and gallbladder surgery

目的探讨循证护理与个体化护理对肝胆外科患者并发症及生活质量的影响。方法选择医院收治的肝胆外科患者120例,根据护理模式不同分为循证护理组与个体化护理组各60例,比较2组患者的并发症发生情况与患者日常生活质量。结果循证护理组出现术后并发症11例,个体化护理组出现术后并发症10例,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。随访结束时,2组在躯体功能、角色功能、认知功能、社会功能和总体健康等方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但个体化护理组患者情感功能得分显著高于循证护理组患,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循证护理和个性化护理对肝胆外科患者术后并发症发生率的影响并无显著差异,但个性化护理能够显著改善患者情感功能。建议在循证护理基础上给予个性化护理,结合二者优点,为患者提供更优质的护理服务。

Objective To discuss the effect of evidence-based nursing and individualized nursing on complications and life quality life of patients with liver and gallbladder surgery. Methods 120 cases of patients with liver and gallbladder surgery were randomly divided into evidence-based nursing group and individual nursing group according to different nursing mode,each of 60 cases. Complications and quality of life were compared between 2 groups. Results 11 cases of evidence-based nursing group had postoperative complications,and 10 cases of individualized nursing group had postoperative complica-tions,there was no significant difference（P＆gt;0. 05）. After follow-up,scores of physical functioning,role function,cognitive function,social function and total healthy had no significant difference between 2 groups（P＆gt;0. 05）. The emotional function score of individualized nursing group was higher than that of evidence-based nursing group,the difference was statistically sig-nificant（P＆lt;0. 05）. Conclusion The incidence of postoperative complications of evidence-based nursing and individualized nursing for patients with liver and gallbladder surgery shows no significant difference. But individualized nursing can improve e-motional function apparently.
