高血压的危险因素探讨及社区预防治疗效果研究

Investigation of the Risk Factors of Hypertension and Curative Effect of Community Prevention and Therapeutic

目的对高血压的危险因素进行探讨同时采取有效的社区预防治疗方法,对治疗效果进行观察和分析。方法将2012年1月—2013年10月354例社区居民作为研究对象,共39例患者罹患高血压,将39例患者分为对照组19例,观察组20例。统计和分析高血压发生率,同时对引发高血压的危险因素进行分析,对患者进行对症治疗并采取有效的社区预防对策,观察和分析防治效果。结果年龄较长、高血压家族史、高盐饮食、高脂饮食、喝酒、吸烟以及较高BMI为高血压的危险因素(P<0.05),不同性别人群发病率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者定时定量服药、遵医、合理饮食、生活方式良好、适量运动以及良好疾病知晓度比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论了解和掌握高血压的危险因素同时采取有效的防治措施能够使患者病情获得有效改善和优化。

Objective To investigate the risk factors of hypertension and take effective community prevention treatment methods,and to observe and analyze the curative effect. Methods 354 cases of community residents from January 2012 to October 2013 were chosen as research subjects,39 patients with hypertension were divided into control group（19 cases）and observation group（20 cases）. The incidence rate and risk factors of hypertension were analyzed;Taking symptomatic treatment for the patients and effective community prevention,the curative effect was observed and analyzed. Results Older,family history of hypertension,high salt diet,high fat diet,drinking,smoking and high BMI were the risk factors for hypertension（ P﹤0. 05）,the incidence of different gender groups had no statistically significance（P﹥0. 05）. Taking regular medicine,good lifestyle,regular exercise,proper diet,medical compliance and good awareness of the disease of the two groups were compared, the differences were statistically significant（P﹤0. 05）. Conclusion Knowing about the risk factors for hypertension and tak-ing effective preventive measures can improve and optimize the patient′s condition.
