五种抗精神病类药物对于患者血糖影响的比较

Comparison of Influences of Five Anti-psychotic Drugs on the Patients' Blood Glucose

目的探讨5种常用抗精神病类药物对精神分裂症患者血糖变化的影响。方法选取2009—2010年本院精神科收治住院的精神分裂症患者225例,按照用药不同随机分成5组,即奥氮平组、阿立哌唑组、齐拉西酮组、喹硫平组、利培酮组,分别测定单药治疗前、后10周空腹血糖、血清胰岛素以及餐后2h血糖并进行比较。结果5组治疗后的血糖代谢各项指标与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后5组餐后血糖和胰岛素比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),空腹血糖和胰岛素比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论临床常用的抗精神病药物均能不同程度的引起患者血糖发生变化,临床医生应给予特别重视。

Objective To explore the effect of five anti-psychotic drugs on blood glucose level in patients with schizophrenia. Methods 225 cases of schizophrenia patients in our hospital from 2009 to 2010,which were randomly divided into 5 groups according to the different drugs,olanzapine group,aripiprazole group,ziprasidone group,quetiapine group,risperidone group. Fasting blood glucose,serum insulin and postprandial blood glucose 2h before treatment,single drug after 10 weeks were measured and compared. Results The indicators of glucose metabolism in the 5 groups after treatment were compared with before,the differences were statistically significant（ P﹤0. 05）;Postprandial glucose and insulin in the 5 groups after treatment were compared,the differences were statistically significant（P﹤0. 05）,fasting blood glucose and insulin were compared,the differences were not statistically significant（P﹥0. 05）. Conclusion The clinical commonly used antipsychotic drugs can cause different degrees of change in blood glucose of patients,clinicians should be given special attention.
