摘要
在42只麻醉家兔,观察了静脉注射心房肽Ⅱ(AtriopeptinⅡ,APⅡ)对局部血流量以及动脉内注射 AP Ⅱ 对局部血管阻力的影响。结果如下:(1)静脉注射 APⅡ(30μg/kg)5min后,平均动脉压(MAP)降低11.0±1.5mmHg(n=8,M±SE,下同),与溶剂对照组相比有明显差异(P<O.01)但心率无明显变化;(2)经放射性生物微球法测定,AP Ⅱ 明显增加肾皮质血流量(p<0.05),而肾髓质的血流量有所减少。大脑、心脏、小肠和后肢肌肉的血流量无明显变化;(3)在自体血恒量灌流条件下,局部动脉内注射 AP Ⅱ(0.8μg/kg)时,肾血管灌流压降低21.2±3.3mmHg(n=9,P<0.001),后肢血管灌流压降低7.8±1.1mmHg(n=7,P<0.001);而肠系膜血管灌流压无明显改变。以上结果表明,AP Ⅱ 可明显舒张肾血管,增加肾血流,其作用远大于对其他局部血管的作用。APⅡ引起的肾血流增加,可能是其利尿和钠尿作用的机制之一。
The regional blood flow changes induced by intraveonous injection of atriopep-tin Ⅲ(APⅢ)and the effects of intra-arterial injection of AP Ⅲ on regionalvascular resistance were investigated in 42 anesthetized rabbits.The results wereas follows:(1)In anesthetized rabbits(n=8),intravenous injection of AP Ⅲ(30μg/kg)resulted in a decrease in mean arterial pressure by 11.0±1.5 mmHg(M±SE,P<0.01),while the heart rate showed no change.(2)By using the isotopicbiomicrosphere method,it was revealed that AP Ⅲ increased the blood flow inrenal cortex(P<0.05)and decreased the blood flow in renal medulla.However,the blood flow in brain,heart,intestine,and hindlimb muscle remained unchanged.(3)With the constant autoperfusion method,renal intra-arterial administration ofAP Ⅲ (0.8/μg/kg)decreased the mean renal perfusing pressure by 21.2±3.3mmHg(n=9,P<0.001).By injecting AP Ⅲ into the femoral artery,the meanperfusing pressure of hindlimb lowered by 7.8±1.1 mmHg(n=7,P<0.001).Nochange occurred in the perfusing pressure of mesenteric vascular bed following intra-arterial injection of AP Ⅲ.The results showed that AP Ⅲ dilated the renal artery and thereby increasedthe renal blood flow.The vasodilating effect of AP Ⅲ appeared to be more pro-minent in renal vascular bed than that in the other vascular beds.The increase inrenal blood flow induced by AP Ⅲ may be one of the mechanisms diauretic andnatriuretic actions.
