摘要
电可擦除只读存储器(EEPROM)和FLASH都是常见的存储器件,其中flash存储器因为其容量大和数据的非易失性在各种工业品中得到广泛应用,许多处理器中均内置flash。文章以典型ARM芯片AT91FR40162和EEPROM芯片AT24C01A为例,结合应用环境,阐述了外置EEPROM和内置FLASH存储的区别,介绍了一种使用CPU内置FLASH存储器来模拟实现EEPROM器件来保存一些实时现场数据的方法。
The EEPROM and the Flash are common memory devices. The Flash memory is widely used in various industrial products based on its large capacity and data non-disappearing, which is embedded into many processors. Taking the typical ARM chip AT91FR40162 and the EEPROM chip AT24C01A as examples and combining with the application environment, this paper describes the differences between external EEPROM and on-chip Flash memory, and introduces a method which uses the CPU on-chip Flash memory to store some real-time site data by EEPROM devices.
