摘要
城市移动信息化建设是构建"智慧城市"的重要组成部分。本文针对城市移动门户—"掌上唐山"的设计需求,运用Android平台应用开发的方法,研究并设计实现一个服务于唐山的城市信息化应用平台,同时开发了独立的支持客户端之间实时通信的功能模块。
