摘要
介绍了金属陶瓷材料的特性及其在航空航天发动机中的应用,分析了电火花加工金属陶瓷的优势及存在的缺陷,提出了采用微脉宽高低压组合波形控制缺陷的方法。通过加工实验验证了采用微脉宽高低压组合波形控制金属陶瓷电火花加工缺陷的可行性。
The characteristics of metal ceramic and its applications are introduced in theaeroengine and aerospace engine. The advantages and defects of metal ceramic EDM are analysed. Themethod of controlling EDM defects by micro pulse width high and low voltage combined waveform isproposed. Through the processing experiment, the feasibility of this method is verified.
