摘要
通过分析4线插座护套,提出了该注塑模具的设计思路,特别是模具滑块下有推板顶出的强复位设计。同时,对模具的流道设计、重要镶件的加工工艺、注塑成形工艺参数的选取和模具材料的选用等进行了阐述。
Abstract:Analysing 4-pole female socket housing,the injection mould design ideas,especially the strong reset design which has pushed the knockout plate under the mould slider are proposed. Moreover, mould runner design,processing technology of the key parts,injection molding parameter and material selection are elaborated.
