摘要
用心外膜ST段标测和组织学染色定量等方法,研究等容血液稀释对狗急性冠脉阻断所造成的局部缺血性心肌损伤的是主响时还观察血液稀释前后血液动力学和血液流变学的变化。结果表明:中主工等容血液稀释可明显降低血液粘度,减轻急性缺血性心肌损伤程度,缩小心肌球坏死范围,而对血液动力学和心肌收缩力学无显著影响。实验还提示手术创伤和冠脉结扎可增加血细胞比容和血液粘度。
The effects of isovolemic hemodiultion with 6% dextran on myocardial ischemia were studied in anaesthetized dogs, of which the coronary artery LAD was ligatured. The severity of myocardial ischemia was determined by measuring the ST segment elevation from the epicardial electrocardiographic mapping at the ischemic area. The mass of necrosic myocardium was estimated by staining with nitro-blue tetrazolium and weighted. In addition, the changes of hemodynamics and hemorheology were observed.The results showed that the isovolemic hemodilution might improve the hemorheologic properties, thus reducing the injury of myocardial ischemic and diminishing the mass of myocardial necrosis. After isovolemic hemodilution, the changes of hemodynamics had on significance.
