Relationship Description and Analysis in Design of Network-Centric Command and Control Organization

指挥控制(C2)组织基本元素间的关系描述和分析是完成C2组织设计的前提和基础。从描述C2组织设计的基本概念出发,抽象和建模了C2组织的基本元素,描述了C2组织设计过程中基本元素间各类关系,介绍了各类关系的定义和基本属性,最后分析了各类关系间联系,并给出了C2组织设计过程中各类关系间联系示意图。

The description and the analysis of the relationship among the basic elements in the command and control （C^2） organization are the precondition and the basis of the organizational design. Firstly, the basic concept of the design of C^2 organization is described, and basic elements of the C^2 organization are modeled. Secondly, all kinds of the relationships in the design process of the C^2 organization are described, and definitions and basic attributes of these relationships are presented. Finally, relations among these relationships are analyzed and the relation schematic diagrams in C^2 organization design process are given.
