处于不完全竞争状态的电力行业是职务犯罪的高发区。由于电力行业的垄断性、工作流程的技术性、职权的行政属性等特点,侦查机关在大型国有电力企业职务犯罪侦查中应着重解决案件线索的获取、犯罪嫌疑人供述、证人证言、企业账本等物证书证的获取与固定、赃款赃物的追缴等问题。

The fact that power industry is a government monopoly causes lots of duty crimes. Considering the government monopoly,technical requirements and administrative power the power industry has,the investigation of duty crime in large-scale state-owned power enterprises should lay emphasis on gaining case clues,suspects＇ confession,the testimony of the witnesses,account books and recovering illicit money and stolen goods.
