试论解放初期学徒的权益保障——以江苏苏州市为考察对象

Discussion on the Rights and Interests Protection of the Apprentices for the Early Liberation—Suzhou as the Investigation Object

解放前,苏州的学徒长期遭受老板的虐待与剥削,境遇十分悲惨。解放后,随着中国共产党的上台执政,各级政府机关、工会组织及主流媒体通力协作,通过多种途径和方式,使得苏州学徒的际遇出现了巨大转折,其政治、经济、文化等各项权益保障得到了有效改善,劳资双方基本上建立了"尊师爱徒,劳资两利"的新型师徒关系,为苏州国民经济的全面恢复与发展创造了条件。

Before liberation, the apprentices in Suzhou were abused and faced exploitation by bosses for a long time. They were very miserable. After the liberation, as the CPC which stands for the working class party got the power, the apprentices＇ fortune appeared a huge twist. Their political, economic, cultural and other rights and interests have been effectively improved. In a good situation, a new master-apprentice relation was established from which both the labor and management were benefit and the new relation pushed the re- covery and development of the local economy.
