国家社会关系下的利益协调研究

Interest Coordination under the State-society Relations

利益协调与宏观的国家制度、市场经济以及社会自主性紧密联系。它以一定的社会关系为基础,在宏观上直接指向社会"结构紧张"状态下的利益主体关系失衡与社会资源配置的不合理。现今中国许多社会问题的解决就是在社会制度结构不断调整建构的过程中,能否真正实现国家、社会、市场间力量的动态平衡与平等对话,使社会结构总体处于宽松状态。为此,需要强化国家社会关系下的国家主导、市场理性与社会自治能力。

Interest coordination has relationship with the state system, market economy and social autonomy closely. It bases on certain social relations and points directly to the imbalanced stakeholder relations and unreasonable allocation of social resources in the state of social ＂structural tension＂. Nowadays the solution of many social problems in China are that can or cannot really achieve the homeo- static and equal dialogue between the national, social and market forces, so that the overall social structure is in a relaxed state in the process of the social structural system adjusted continuously. To this end, we need to strengthen the capabilities of state domination, market rationality and social autonomy under the state-society relations.
