本文介绍了一种专用四轴联动数控刨齿机的工作原理及其专用数控系统的硬件和软件结构。该刨齿机能够高效率、高精度地完成按特殊要求设计的特殊齿形锥齿轮的加工。
The working principle of a synchro - four - axes CNC gear - shaping machine is briefly introduced in this paper, together with the hardware and software of CNC system. The machine is used for cutting high - precision bevel gears with special profile.
