摘要
在离心铸管浇注过程中,扇形包翻转速度稳定与否是影响铸管成形质量的主要因素。本文设计了一种压力补偿和电液闭环速度反馈补偿相结合的电液控制系统,较好地解决了这一问题,在实际应用中取得了满意的效果。
In the process of centrifugal casting, the stable overturn speed of the sector ladle is the main reason to influence the quality of casting pipes. In this paper, an electrohydraulic control system with pressure compensation and speed closed - loop feedback compensation is desigened to solve the problem, and has achieved good results in actual application.
