摘要
作为重要的补充保险制度,企业年金能够起到吸引人才、完善保险机制的作用。福建省企业年金受制度环境、企业自身发展、托管机构偏好性等因素影响,各类企业发展程度不一。针对大型国有企业、效益佳的中小企业以及尚未建立基本养老保险的小型企业所处的不同阶段,应当设置合理的企业年金发展方案,加强激励机制,推动福建省企业年金市场,特别是中小企业年金市场的发展。
As an important part of the supplementary insurance system, the enterprise annuity can both attract more staff and make the insurance system complete. Affected by the policy environment, the organization development and the preference for the trustee agencies, different enterprises in Fujian have different EA systems. Thus, appropriate EA solutions should be designed, on the basis of situations in large-scale state-owned enterprises, medium-sized and small enterprises, in order to promote the development of EA markets in Fujian, especially the markets for the medium-sized and small enterprises.
