摘要
结合HL集团的实际情况,文章提出了用积分制作为企业绩效管理的有益补充,并初步构建了集团积分管理的体系标准,详细设计了推行方案并论证了方案的可行性。此研究对于HL集团具有现实意义,同时对于完善其他企业绩效管理也有相应的借鉴作用。
Combining with the actual situation of the HL Group, the paper takes the integrated system as the beneficial supplement of enterprise performance management ,and initially constructs the system standard of group integration management and designs practice plans in details to demonstrate the feasibility of the plans.This study not only has practical significance for HL Group, but also have the corresponding reference for the perfection of other enterprise performance management .
