摘要
为了满足日益增长的物流管理人才需求,使地方院校物流管理人才培养与市场需求更加契合,可以在实践教学过程中适当引入"动式"教学,以达到应用型专业人才培养的目的。"动式"教学是一种以"教为主导,学为主体,疑为主轴,动为主线"的教学思想,学生的应变能力和创新能力恰在这一过程中得到培养、发展起来,能更好地激发学生的求知欲和探索精神,锻炼学生的有效沟通与实践能力,真正做到校企合作的人才培养对接。在提倡发展学生主体性、培养学生技能性的今天,如何在实践教学中引入"动式"教学,培养学生发现问题、提出问题、解决问题的意识是教师不断探索的一个重要课题。
