Laboratory is the base to cultivate skilled talents in colleges.If we really do a good job of the laboratory construction , the quality of running colleges will be greatly improved .Laboratory experimenters are the core parts of the laboratory and construction of laboratory experimenter team will directly affect the development of laboratory construction .In view of the main problems of laboratory team construction , this paper put forward the effective solution and rationalization proposal .
