All competitions rely on strensth which, as a rule is derived from economy. In the integrated international market, the 500 tycoons have been deeply a'ttraced by Chinese market which has great potential. The form of wealth held in China demonstrates the important role of China in the forthcoming world economy. This is oppotunity both for China and for the world. Before expressing our happiness, we feel great burden at the same time. This paper introduces the adventages and the differences,opportunities and challenges, betwean Chinese enterprises and the 500 tycoons. The paper also proposes that Chinese enterprises use the 500 tycoons' experience for reference so as to get into world tops to compete with others.
