摘要
随着住宅建设和房屋市场化进程的加快 ,特别是公有住宅和商品住宅出售的不断增多 ,住宅产权逐步趋向多元化 ,原来的行政性、福利性的房地产管理体制已日益与之不相适应 ,取而代之的是以企业化、社会化。
With the rapid development of residential construction and marketing,especially increase of the state-owned and commercial housing sales,the property right gradually inclines to be pluralistic .The previous administrative,welfare real estate management system is beconimg more and more inappropriate.and the new residential administration pattern featuring enterprisation,socialization and specialization has taken the place.
