企业的目的在于对金钱的追求 ,也不在于官位的获取 ,而应该是企业自身的不断发展壮大。要做到这一点 ,就必须改变传统的把经营企业作为手段 ,把金钱财富和官职作为终极目标的价值观 ,树立企业本位观 ,把企业自身的发展壮大作为至高无上的终极价值目标。企业本位观在企业的实施 ,必须有一套全新的企业文化。这种文化必须是吸收西方先进文化的基础上 ,结合中国传统文化的精华 。

I think an enterprise shall aim at the pursuit of continuous development of enterprise instead of money and power.To achieve this,the enterprise must change the traditional operation approaches, which is to considerthe money and power as the ultimate values and build up the fundamentalvalues of the enterpise and take continuous development as its ultimate values.However the implementation of the fundamental values of the enterprise requires an entire set of brand new enterprise culture.And this culture shall be with Chinese characteristics by combining with the essence of traditional Chinese culture on the basis of assimilation of advanced western cultures.
