随着计算机技术、网络技术、多媒体技术等现代化信息技术的迅速发展 ,为信息资源的深入开发、快速传递和实现全国乃至全球范围的资源共享创造了有利条件。适应这一新形势 ,图书馆应在观念转变上、人才培养上、经费投入上加大力度 ,加快计算机自动化、网络化建设 ,优化文献资源的馆藏结构 ,开展多种形式的信息服务 。

The rapid development of modem information technology,computer technology,network technology and multimedia technology,etc.,offers advantages for deep development,rapid delivery of information resources and resource sharing around the country,even the whole world.Adjusting to this new condition,libraries should improve the level of thought change,talents training and construction to quicken the construction of computer automation and network,optimize the organization of documents collected in libraries,exploit various kinds of information service,and improve the service level of documents and information.
