摘要
中医、蒙医、藏医以及西方药理学对麻黄功效的认识是不同的,为了探讨不同医学理论体系下形成不同观念的原因,本文通过比较中医、蒙医、藏医对于麻黄药性、功效认识的差异;比较现代药理学与中医对麻黄药理作用的认识差异;以及在中医理论体系中不同时代医家对麻黄的认知差异,探究了其认知的根源,认为中医学的认知方式具有具身认知的特性,其根源是使用了隐喻认知的思维方法,传统医学理论使用的语言是一种基于隐喻认知的语言。
Traditional Chinese medicine ,Mongolian medicine ,Tibetan medicine and Western clinical medicine use ephe-dra preparations to treat diseases but with different recognitions and views .This text compares the differences among tra-ditional Chinese medicine , Mongolian medicine , Tibetan medicine;pharmacology and traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine itself regarding ephedra ’ s therapeutical effect .Explore the source of this different cogni-tion.Then come to a conclusion that the source of this different cognition comes from metaphor thinking method ,and the language of traditional medicine theory is based on metaphorical cognition .
