目前,全世界都在面临着水电资源匮乏的危机,而我国又是一个水电资源紧缺的国家。因此,水电节约已经成为了我国建设可持续发展社会的主要内容之一。在院校管理中,由于人群聚集量大,作息时间规律等特点,对水电的智能化管理系统具有先天的应用条件,院校中应用水电智能管理系统控制水电的利用,已经成为了我国院校基础建设的发展趋势。对院校水电利用中存在的问题和院校水电节能的可行性进行研究,提出院校水电智能管理系统节能的解决方案,并对水电智能管理系统在院校中应用的效果进行分析,论述水电智能管理系统在院校应用的必要性。
