The Law-Based Administration of Our State and the Leadership of the CPC

依法治国必须坚持党的领导，这是实现依法治国的根本问题。在依法治国中坚待党的领导，关键在于正确认识和处理好党与法的关系。党要履行依法治国的领导职责，必须实行法治领导；必须从严治党，始终坚持“三个代表”，保持党的先进性和纯洁性。

The leadership of the CPC is fundamental to the law-based administration of our state. To understand and handle the relationship between them in a correct way is the key to the law- based administration of our state under the leadership of the CPC. The CPC must be responsible to the law - based leadership and administration of our state. On the other hand, the consolida- tion of the CPC organization necessitates its excellent core leadership, the persistence in' the three representatives' and the maintenance of its superiority.
