低成本的程控大功率可调稳压电源设计

摘要 为了实现发动机转速均匀需要对其精确供油,设计了一种程控大功率可调稳压电源,给出了具体的软硬件设计方法。稳压电路的开关电源芯片LM2596ADJ反馈输出稳定电压,大功率扩流电路实现了电源的大电流驱动能力,控制器STM32和数字电位计AD5293组成的程控调节电路自主调节稳压电路的输出电压。最后,电路中补充完成了抗负载干扰电路的设计,较为明显地改善了电路的通用性、稳定性和抗干扰性。整个系统具有功耗低、体积小、成本低等特点。 In order to achieve uniform speed which needs to give precise oil to the engine, the paper designs a programmable power adjustable regulated power supply and gives specific hardware and software design method. Firstly, the output feedback of the switching power supply chip LM2596AI)J in the voltage regulator circuit can adjust stable output voltage to a specific value. Secondly, the current expanding circuit achieves high current driving ability of the power supply. Then, the program control circuit, which is composed of STM32 controller and digital potentiometer AD5293, can regulate the output voltage of the voltage regulator circuit. At last, anti jamming cir cuits are completed to deal with all kinds of load. Thestability and anti-interference of the system is improved obviously. The whole sys tem has the advantages of low power consumption, small size and low cost.
