The Influence Research of Tour Guide Career Due to the Tourism Law

探讨《旅游法》实施对导游收入、导游供需、导游权益保障、导游职业规范的影响。认为《旅游法》实施后,导游收入水平降低,薪酬结构、收入来源、用工方式趋于单一;市场对导游的需求以及导游的供给减少,导游的权益保障得到重视,导游服务趋于规范化。提出在《旅游法》实施的背景下,导游应对职业定位进行再认知,强化职业认同感和自豪感,努力提升职业技能,将职业价值观转变为游客提供优质服务。

With the implementation of the Tourism Law,the public has focused on the influence about tour guide career. The study employed the network text analysis method and the depth interview techniques. The study found that the Tourism Law influenced the tour guide career deeply. First,the income level,paid structure and the way of labor has been changed. Second,the market demand and supply for the guide decreased.Third,the rights protection of the guide remains to be improved. The last,tour guide services tend to be standardized but needs to be improved. At the end of the article,through recognition of the tour guide career orientation,professional skills and tour guide career values,the study suggested that the tour guide should take a positive attitude to adapt to the Tourism Law and promote the standardization of the tourism industry.
