离子排斥色谱法测定鱼糜制品中硼砂/硼酸盐

Determination of Borax/Borate in Food by Ion Exclusion Chromatography

对鱼糜制品中硼砂/硼酸盐的前处理及分析技术进行研究,并确立离子色谱定性定量分析的检验方法。样品超声后加入乙腈,离心分离后取上清液稀释并经尼龙滤膜和OnGuardRP柱过滤。待测液以甲基磺酸与甘露醇为淋洗液,四丁基氢氧化铵与甘露醇为再生液,经Dionex Ion PacTM ICE Borate柱色谱分离。在优化后的色谱条件下,目标物在0～20.0 mg/L的浓度范围内线性关系良好,检出限为0.03 mg/L。样品中目标物的加标回收率为81.0%～98.6%,RSD为4.1%～10.4%。该方法前处理简单,重现性好,能满足鱼糜制品中硼砂/硼酸盐的测定。

A method for the determination of borax /borate in surimi by ion exclusion chromatography with suppressed conductivity detector was developed. The samples were prepared through ultrasonic extraction,acetonitrile deposition,centrifugation,purification by OnGuardRP column before analysis. The analysis was performed on Dionex Ion PacTM ICE Borate column,eluented with MAS and mannitol,regenerated with TBAOH and mannitol. Good linear relationship of borate was found within 0-20. 0 mg /L under optimized condition. The LOD of borate was 0. 03 mg /L with recoveries between 81. 0%-98. 6% and RSD between 4. 1%-10. 4%. The method was suitable for the determination of borax /borate in surimi with easy preparation and good reproducibility.
