基质金属蛋白酶2,9与主动脉夹层发病关系的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 主动脉夹层( aortic dissection ,AD)系主动脉腔内的血液从主动脉内膜撕裂口进入主动脉壁内,血液在所形成的撕裂腔中流动,使得主动脉管腔呈现真假两腔的状态,致主动脉中层形成夹层血肿,并沿主动脉环状和(或)纵轴扩展的一种心血管系统的灾难性疾病。 AD发病凶险,如不及时诊治,48 h内病死率可高达50%~68%,未经治疗的患者在3个月后接近90%会死亡。随着CT、核磁共振等各项新技术的常规开展及诊断水平的提高, AD检出率呈逐年增高的趋势,并逐渐引起人们的关注。以往认为高血压及高龄是AD发生的主要高危因素,大约有80%的AD患者伴有高血压病,但其确切的发病原因一直不被人们所知。目前,已有大量研究证实基质金属蛋白酶(matrix metalloproteinase, MMPs)可能在AD发病中发挥重要的作用,同时MMPs基因的多态性与AD发病相关的危险因素也成为近10年来国内外学者关注的新方向。本文就研究较突出的基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)及其基因的多态性与AD发病的关系进行综合论述。
