诃子中总多酚粗提取工艺及药理作用研究 被引量:13

摘要 为了优化诃子多酚提取工艺及开发其有效成分的药用价值。本研究以总多酚得率为考察指标,筛选最佳提取工艺,并对此工艺条件下提取的多酚药效指标考察,评价其药理作用。结果显示50%乙醇对诃子细粉中多酚提取效果最好,提取次数对总多酚得率影响差异显著(P<0.05);多酚粗提物高剂量能够显著抑制二甲苯引起的小鼠耳肿胀度(P<0.05);3个剂量组均能够显著抑制番泻叶引起的小鼠腹泻(P<0.05)和显著抑制甲硫酸新斯的明引起的肠蠕动(P<0.05)。总之,料液比1∶10、50%乙醇常温浸泡提取3次,每次1.0h,此条件下诃子总多酚得率较高(18.76%),而且产物具有良好的抗炎、止泻和抑制肠蠕动作用。 In order to further develop the medicinal value of the active ingredients of terminalia. In this study, the best extraction process conditions was evaluated through the obtain efficiency of total polyphenols, and its pharmacological effects were further investigated by detecting the efficacy of anti-- inflammatory, diarrhea and inhibition of the intestine peristalsis. The results showed that the best obtain efficiency of extract of polyphenols from totally crushed teminalia be achieved by 50 % ethanol The frequency of extraction could also display a significant impact on the obtain efficiency (P〈0.05). The high doses of crude extract could significantly inhibit the degree of the mices' ear swelling induced by xylene (P〈0.05). Allof the three doses are able to significantly inhibit diarrhea induced by senna in mice (P〈0.05) and significantly inhibited the hyperactivity of intestine peristalsis induced by neostigmine (P〈0.05). In conclusion, under the condition of solid--liquid ratio 1:10,50 % ethanol at room temperature, soak extracted for three times, 1 h for each time, can get a higher polyphenols extraction efficiency, and these products are with a good efficacy of anti--inflammatory, diarrhea and inhibition of the intestine peristalsis.
