摘要
以1a生耐热白桦为试验材料,研究8种不同配比基质处理对其生长的影响。结果表明,不同栽培基质显著影响耐热白桦的苗高、地径、叶片数、叶绿素SPAD值和生物量,其中草炭栽培的耐热白桦生长性状表现最优,其次为处理1>处理4>处理6>处理3>处理2>处理5>园土;依据基质的适用性和经济性原则,耐热白桦适宜的栽培基质配比为处理1,即园土∶草炭∶蛭石=1∶1∶1;其次为处理4(园土∶草炭∶蛭石=2∶3∶3)。
In this study, the effect of 8 different cultural mediums on the growth of one-year-old heat-resistant Betula platylhylla was investigated. The results showed that different cultural mediums significantly influenced the seedling height, stem diameter, leaf number, chlorophyll SPAD value, and biomass. The seedlings cultivated in the turfy soil exhibited the optimum traits, followed by treatment 1, treatment 4, treatment 6, treatment 3, treatment 2, treatment 5, and garden soil. Based on the principle of applicability and economical efficiency of medium, the optimum cultural medium was the treatment 1 that garden soil: turfy soil: vermiculite = 1 : 1 : 1, followed by treatment 4(garden soil: turfy soil:vermiculite = 2 : 3 : 3).
