摘要
采用真空蒸馏法从硬锌中分离锌和铟、锗,考察蒸馏温度和时间对蒸馏率、富集比、以及冷凝物的成分的影响。结果表明,最佳蒸馏条件为:蒸馏温度(900±20)℃,时间60min,真空压力≤1 000Pa,残压≤800Pa。
Zinc, indium and germanium were separated from hard zinc by vacuum distillation. The effects of distillation temperature and time on distillation rate, enrichment ratio, and component of condensate were investigated. The results show that the optimum conditions include distillation temperature of (900± 20)℃, distillation time of 60 min, vacuum pressure of 41 000 Pa, and residual pressure of 4800 Pa.
