摘要
以硫酸为浸出剂,采用正交法,研究了废旧高温合金浸出的最佳工艺条件。结果表明,在下述优化后的条件下,镍、钴的浸出率均达99.5%以上、铬浸出率达96%以上、钽浸出率小于2%:硫酸浓度343g/L、反应温度80℃、反应时间3h。
Superalloy scrap was leached with sulfuric acid as leaching agent by orthogonal experiments. The optimum leaching conditions were investigated. The results show that the leaching rate of Ni, Co is 99.5% above, that of Cr is 96% above and that of Ta is 2% below under the following optimum conditions including concentration of sulfuric acid of 343 g/L, leaching temperature of 80 ℃, and leaching time of 3 h.
