ISP冶炼厂含铅污染物排放工艺环节分析

Analysis of Emission Technology of Lead-Bearing Pollutants in ISP Melting Process

通过对采用ISP工艺冶炼铅锌的冶炼厂周边土壤中的铜、铅、锌进行取样分析,得到土壤中铜、铅、锌的分布规律。结果表明,进入环境中铅的污染物形式是铅烟,产生的环节主要有铅熔炼、烟化等,铅以铅精矿形式进入环境的可能性较小。

The contents of copper, lead and zinc in soils around smelters applying ISP process were sampled and analyzed. The distribution rule of copper, lead and zinc in soils was summarized. The results show that lead-bearing pollutants emitted into environment is in form of lead fume produced in lead smelting and fuming. Lead is less possible discharged into environment in form of lead concentrate.
