摘要
北京某回迁安置房公共服务楼建筑总建筑面积1358m2,地上总高度12.9m,地下4.2m。根据气候特点,夏季需空调,冬季需供暖。地上1-3层为商业服务区,采用变制冷剂流量多联式空调机组夏季供冷,采用铸铁柱型散热器冬季供暖。每层的卫生间设机械排风系统。地下一层配电室,弱电室,水泵房及换热机房设机械排风系统。水泵房冬季需供暖。
Beijing a resettlement housing public service building a total construction area for 1358 m2, on the ground overall height of 12.9 m, underground 4.2m. In this design consider are air conditioning in summer and heating in winter according to the climatic characteristics. 1-3 ground for commercial service area, the use of variable refrigerant flow multi-connected air condition system in summer, heating in winter using iron columnar radiator. Each layer of the toilet set mechanical exhaust system. Underground transformer room, low voltage room, pump room, heat transfer room set mechanical exhausts system. Pump room setting Heating in winter.
