摘要
对高炉的日常操作进行了分析总结。认为在操作条件发生改变时,为保证高炉的长期稳定顺行,必须提高日常调剂的准确性;通过回归分析推导出适合的经验公式并应用于生产实践,可避免日常操作调剂大幅度波动。
The daily operation of the blast furnace is analyzed and summarized. Considering changes in the operatingconditions, it is a must to improve the accuracy of routine operation in order to ensure long-term stability of blastfurnace. Suitable empirical formula can be deduced by regression analysis, which can be used in the productionpractice, thereby avoiding large fluctuations in the daily operation of the swap.
