摘要
对长钢8号高炉封炉与开炉实践进行了总结分析。由分析表明,在封炉与开炉前准备工作尤为重要,复风过程中以活跃炉缸为主,炉渣碱度的合理控制、充足的热量是炉缸活跃的前提。
The sealing and start-up practice of No. 8 blast furnace are analyzed. The analysis shows that thepreparatory work before sealing and start-up is especially important in process of re-blow, which is to activate thehearth. Reasonable control of slag alkalinity and sufficient heat are premise for active hearth.
