详细介绍了在筛分面积、筛分时间、筛分振幅以及保证振筛稳定运行等方面的技术创新措施。通过改造振筛筛棒和孔距尺寸、安装控料速装置、增加振动电机配重以及程序控制等技术手段,提高了筛分面积,延长了筛分时间,提高了振筛振幅,保证了设备正常运行,显著提高了入炉焦丁的筛分质量。
This paper introduces the nut coke sieving area, sieving time, amplitude and technological innovation thatensures a stable running of sieving vibration. Through transformation of sieving vibration bars and pitch size, theinstallation is expected to control the speed of the device. The technology of vibration motor weight increasement andprogram control help to improve the screening area, extend the time of sieving, enhance the amplitude of sievingvibration, ensure normal operation of the equipment, and significantly improve the sieving quality of nat coke.
