摘要
LED灯具的使用寿命受到多方面因素的制约,如管芯制造中存在的杂质离子、晶格缺陷、后封装工艺中的化学污染,管芯和灯具的整体散热设计,与灯具配套的驱动电源,无处不在的ESD损伤等。
The LED lamp life is restricted by many factors, such as pipe impurity ions, lattice defects, after the encapsulation process of chemical pollution of the core manufacturing, the overall thermal design of die and the lamp, power supply and lighting facilities, the ubiquitous ESD damage.
