锚索桩板墙中锚索应力的工程现场监测及分析 被引量:1

摘要 结合广西某电厂扩建工程中锚索桩板墙的实际运用,对锚索桩板墙中锚索的应力变化进行监测及分析,结果表明:1)锚索在锁定后2 h内应力变化曲线基本相同,均呈指数变化,先快后慢,但由于位置、锁定值等不同,不同锚索在2 h内的应力变化总幅度有较大差异。2)锚板墙结构中锚索应力的长期变化特征与普通边坡治理工程中锚索的应力变化走势有较大区别。3)预应力锚固工程属隐蔽工程,影响锚索预应力损失的因素较多,设计及实际运用时很难做到情况完全清楚,通过长期大量的工程数据积累,可为其他相似的锚索工程做出定量的安全评估。 Based on the practical application of prestressed anchor sheet-pile wall in the expansion project of a certain power plant in Guangxi, this paper analyzes the results of the monitoring on the stress variation in anchor cable and get the following conclusion : 1 ) the stress curve of anchor cable within 2 hours after locking is basically the same, appeared as index changes and slow down after, however, due to the different of the location and locked values, etc, the total amplitude of stress changes in different anchor cable within 2 hours have greater difference. 2 ) long-term variation of the stress in anchor cable in prestressed anchor sheet-pile wall and the trend of stress changes in anchor cable in common Slope engineerings is quite different. 3) the prestressed anchor engineering is concealed work, there are many factors that affect prestress loss, it is hard to be entirely clear to situation when designing and practical application, however, through the accumulation of large amounts of engineering data for a long time, in order to provide a quantitative assessment of safety in the similar engineering.
