摘要
学习倦怠是当前高职学生普遍存在的消极学习心理,有学习动机不足、缺乏有效学习策略、自制力差等个人因素,也有社会环境、校风、班风的影响。因此,学校要加强专业建设,建立良好学风班风,提升教师教学能力,增加学生专业认同感,激发学习兴趣,改善学生学习倦怠状况。
Learning Burnout is currently a negative source for vocational students to learn. Several factors are adduced to explain it, they includes lack of motivation, effective learning strategies and ability of self-control. And the social environment, school tone and class spirit will also lead to this. Therefore, the colleges should pay more attention to spacialty construction, the construction of studying spirit and teachers'teaching ability must also be strengthened to increase students'major identification and stimulate their interests in learning for improving the status of learning burnout
