摘要
为了实现谷糠油的工业化生产,本文采用石油醚常温浸提谷糠,获取谷糠油。本实验讨论了浸提时间、浸提温度和石油醚、谷糠的比例三个因素对谷糠油提取率的影响。确定了谷糠油常温浸提的最佳工艺条件为浸提时间4h,溶剂物料比4:1我们对在最佳条件下提取的谷糠油进行了GC-MS分析,结果表明,石油醚常温浸提的谷糠油主要含有亚油酸和油酸,此外还含有较多的不饱和物质,比超临界提取的谷糠油具有更好的氧化稳定性。实验表明石油醚常温浸提谷糠获取谷糠油是可行的。
To realize the goal of achieving millet bran oil by industrial scale, the extraction of millet bran oil by immerse of millet bran in petroleum ether was studied in this paper. The effect of extraction time, extraction temperature and the ratio of petroleum ether and millet bran on the extraction yield were discussed in this paper. The optimization condition for the extraction of millet bran oil were extraction time 4h, the ratio of petroleum ether and millet bran was 4: 1. Millet bran oil extracted by optimum condition was investigated by GC-MS in this paper. The result showed that the main substances in millet bran oil were linoleic acid and oleic acid, and also contained lots of unsaturated substances, and it was superior to the oil extracted by supercritical fluid extraction technique on oxidation stability. The results showed that it is possible to extraction millet bran oil by petroleum ether at room temperature.
