摘要
灵芝多糖是灵芝中的一种重要的活性物质,具有免疫调节、抗氧化、抗衰老、防辐射等生理活性。本文就近几年来研究灵芝多糖的结构,制备方法以及灵芝多糖的生理活性进行综述,为灵芝多糖的进一步开发利用提供依据。
Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide is one kind of important active componemts ,which has many kinds of biological activities,such as immune regulation, antioxidation, anti-aging, anti-radiation. This paper is to study the structure of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides, methods of extraction and physiological activity of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide,and provide the basis for further development and utilization of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide.
