沂南金矿分步放顶阶段长壁控爆连续采矿法试验研究

Testing on Sub-step Caving and Long-wall Controlling Blasting Mining Method at Yinan Gold Mine

以沂南金矿金场矿区101号缓倾斜薄及中厚矿体为工程背景,开展了分步放顶阶段长壁控爆连续采矿新方法的试验及应用。采用连续开采方式,并相应的对采空区采用分步放顶卸压。详细论述了该方案特征及采准、切割、回采工艺。该采矿技术工业试验效果良好,对类似矿山的安全高效开采具有一定的借鉴与指导意义。

Based on the inclined thin and thickness orebody at the 101 stope at Yinan Gold Mine , the substep caving and long-wall controlling blasting mining method was tested and applied . By applying the sub-step caving and continuous mining method , the underground pressure of stope was transferred to goaf . In this paper , the characteristic of mining method was introduced to mining development , slot and stoping method . T he mining method is suitable to the inclined thin and thickness orebody of the 101 stope , w hich is meaningful to safety and efficient of similar mines .
