广西某含碳难选铅锌矿选矿工艺试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 广西某含碳难选铅锌矿含铅3.68%,锌6.76%,银58.24克/吨,碳3.65%,铅氧化率为38.04%。研究采用碳铅混浮-选锌优先浮选工艺、铅浮选新型捕收剂,获得了较好的选矿指标:铅精矿铅品位50.12%,锌品位5.34%,银品位744.0g/t,铅回收率70.01%;锌精矿锌品位53.98%,铅品位2.28%,银品位107.09g/t,锌回收率89.18%。 A certain refractory high -carbon lead -zinc ore contains lead 3 .68% , zinc 6 .76% ,sliver 58 .24 g/t , the oxide rate of lead is 38 .04% . A study on detailed mineral processing technology was undertaken adopting a flow -sheet consisting of lead -carbon mixed flotation -flotation separation zinc from lead tailings and a new collector for lead , obtain good metallurgical performance:lead concentrate containing lead 50 .12% , zinc 5 .34% , sliver744 .0 g/t , and the recovery of lead was 70 .02% ;zinc concentrate containing zinc 53 .98% , lead2 .28% , sliver 107 .09 g/t , and the recovery of zinc was 89 .18% .
