摘要
高压变频技术在大功率转动设备行业已广泛应用,重点介绍在设计工作中参与的两项变频节能改造经典案例。通过分析选矿车间高压给水泵和矿用提升机这两大用电设备在运行中存在的问题,提出专属变频改造解决方案,通过对比分析变频改造前后经济效益,提出变频改造在冶金行业大力推广的必要性,最后展望变频节能技术在未来冶金行业的发展前景。
High-voltage frequency conversion technology has been widely applied in high -power rotating equipment industry . This paper introduced two classical frequency converter energy saving case in Metallurgical Industry , revealed the problems of feed water pump and lifting machine in the mineral processing plant , bought forward a way to solve the problems and analyzed its economic benefit . At the end of the pa-per , the future of frequency conversion technology in Metallurgical Industry was expressed .
